Turn Around Time

Most items on the site are ready to ship unless you are ordering a custom. Custom orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on shipping from fabric supplier.

Lost or stolen packages:
Stitched By Kelly is NOT responsible for Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Misplaced packages. We are Not Responsible for USPS errors or incorrect shiping information provided by the buyer. Packages through USPS are insured through USPS. Once a package is delivered it is the sole responsibility of the customer to file a claim with USPS or file a Police report if you believe your package was stolen.
