Return Policy

As most our products are made to order and handmade we only offer the option for a refund or replacement in the event that the product(s) is(are) Damaged or defective upon arrival. We will require photographs or that the product(s) be returned to us for a refund or replacement. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Must be returned within 15 days unused. If we believe the blanket has been used in any way we will be unable to accept the return. 
Once your refund or replacement is approved we will send you an email to notify you. Blanket must be safely wrapped and in tact when we receive it. 
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in 7-10 business days. 
If you are approved for a replacement product(s) will be created and shipped to you as soon as practical.
